Refund policy

We offer a 14 day refund policy, this means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund. To be eligible for a refund on your purchase you must return the item in the same condition that you received it, with original packaging, tags and not worn.

All merch is made to order, if you have ordered the incorrect size, colour or style we can only offer a refund on your purchase.

If there is something incorrect with your order i.e. sent the wrong style, colour, size or there is a defect, please get in contact with us via info@thescreenhouse.com.au and we can correct the issue.

Minimum order for Screen Printing is

  • 25 units for 1 – 2 colour prints
  • 50 + units for 3 – 4 Colour prints
  • 100 + units for 5 – 8 Colours.
  • Enquiries outside the above minimum orders will be suggested with an alternative print method such as Vinyl, Digital Heat Transfer or DTG printing.
  • PLEASE NOTE. We do not so sampling in Screen Printing
